Job Title: Video Podcast Producer

We are looking for a Podcast Producer to support our busy London-based podcast agency.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Podcasting experience
* Video production expert (at least 2 years experience)
* Audio production expert (at least 2 years experience)
* Ability to edit great video and audio
* Fantastic English speaking skills
* Create engaging marketing assets for each episode we produce video clips, Thumbnails and graphics
* Ability to work on fast turnarounds
* Create concise show notes that highlight the key takeaways of a show
* Great communicator
* Extremely reliable
* Positive, no excuse attitude
* Ability to learn new tasks quickly
* Preferably experience with Photoshop, Canva and Google business tools
* Great work ethic – we are a BUSY agency

ABOUT THE POSITION:
* At least two years of experience producing and/or promoting podcast and video media
* Video and audio editing experience is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write succinct and engaging shownotes
* Familiarity with the trends and best practices in podcasting, social media and online marketing
* This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week required. Preferably the work will be done between 9:00am - 5:00pm GMT, but we can be flexible to fit in when needed.

COMPENSATION:
* Pay is based on experience, but we are looking for an A* producer and are happy to pay top rates for the perfect person.
* We pay bonuses for great work
* We give pay increases based on half-yearly performance reviews
* Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 days per year)
* These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
