Need Help Setting up a Wordpress Blog Site

Hello,

My name is Mark and I'm in the process of setting up a language blog for the latin american market. I'm a small start-up, an Australian living in South America. At this stage of the operation I need someone who can help me get started in Wordpress, I have the wordpress theme installed. I just need some help putting the finishing pieces together.
