**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator / E-commerce Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential in executing our marketing strategies and achieving our sales goals. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our e-commerce platforms, and most importantly- generating sales for our stores’ products!



**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Content Creation:**
- Develop high-quality graphics and videos for various marketing channels using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Research and curate high-engagement content related to our products to reshare on social media platforms.
- Implement organic marketing strategies to boost product visibility and engagement.

2. **E-commerce Management:**
- Maintain and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee customer service inquiries and ensure timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness through tools like Mailchimp.

3. **Sales Tracking and Reporting:**
- Monitor daily sales metrics and provide insights on performance to the team.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to meet daily sales targets of $1,000 and maintain bonus structures.

4. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Participate in daily team check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and align strategies.
- Work closely with other tea ---------- mbers, including Admins and Paid Ads/SM Managers, to achieve collective goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
