Operations Manager for Content Agency

Hey you :) I am looking for a super star like yourself to run the operations of my agency and manage our lovely team!

- My name’s Carson and I run a short form content agency on Instagram based in the United States.
- We are a small start up with a huge vision to become one of the biggest content agencies in the US!
- Our current team includes myself (founder), 4 video editors, 1 graphic designer and 1 quality assurer.
- Our team create short videos for online coaches and service providers on Instagram to grow their personal brand
- I do not believe in hiring for redundant roles; I want you to develop your skills, move through the ranks and grow rapidly along side our team!

Here’s the details:

*Role Overview

- Managing video projects
- Ensuring videos meet quality standards
- Scheduling uploads for clients
- Managing editor deadlines
- Managing project workflows
- Creating SOP’s proactively, NOT reactively
- Hiring future tea ---------- mbers

*Mandatory Requirements:

- 1-3 years in project & team management experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have high energy and enthusiasm when leading teams
- Must have a reliable PC with strong wifi (typhoons or not...business must go on)
- Must be looking for reliable and stable income in a job

*Preferences:
- Can work 12-8 am EST, 12-8 PM Phillippine Standard Time
- Has done management in a marketing agency before (bonus for short form CONTENT agencies)
