JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller / Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in wholesaling. This role requires strong communication, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to identify motivated sellers for wholesale deals.
Assess homeowner needs and align solutions with our wholesaling strategy.
Run property comps to calculate offer values accurately.
Educate sellers on the benefits of our services and build rapport.
Negotiate with sellers to secure properties at below-market values.
Handle objections professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain relationships with sellers and other real estate professionals.
Manage the entire acquisition process from lead generation to deal closing.
Keep detailed records of calls and update CRM with lead data.
Extract lead information weekly from sources and create new call lists.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls, lead generation, and deal closings.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years in real estate sales, specifically in wholesaling.
Proficiency with batch dialer systems and CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, remain organized, and achieve targets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
Qualifications:

Experience working with wholesalers or investors in the U.S.
Fluent English (minimal accent); bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Strong grasp of real estate comps and valuation.
Adaptability, openness to feedback, and adherence to sales scripts.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $8/hour for 30 hours per week
Bonus: $500 per successful deal, with potential increases based on performance
