Vearl T specializes in luxury wedding performances, corporate events, and private occasions, delivering memorable music experiences. We’re seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to help us maximize our Zoho platform, not only for managing contacts but for lead generation, contract management, and building out our full sales pipeline.

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in Zoho CRM and related products. This role will focus on configuring Zoho to manage our entire sales process—from lead generation and contract management to nurturing prospects through a full sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Zoho’s pricing models and tiers to ensure we’re leveraging our subscription effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize Zoho CRM for lead generation, tracking, and nurturing prospects through a structured sales pipeline.
• Configure workflows and automations for efficient lead follow-up, contract management, and client communications.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Sign) to streamline our sales process, including creating and managing contracts.
• Assist with Zoho’s social media and email campaign functionalities to drive engagement and increase lead generation.
• Create custom fields, dashboards, and reports for tracking sales, engagement, and key metrics.
• Provide ongoing recommendations for Zoho’s pricing models and tiers to ensure optimal subscription utilization.
• Maintain a database of clients, leads, and industry contacts for efficient outreach and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience with Zoho CRM and related Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Sign, Zoho Social).
• Proven expertise in setting up and managing a CRM-based sales pipeline, including lead generation and contract workflows.
• Strong understanding of Zoho’s pricing models and tiers to maximize subscription benefits.
• Familiarity with CRM customizations, automations, and integration of Zoho’s sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the music or events industry.
• Proficiency in Zoho analytics and reporting for tracking lead generation and sales performance.
