We’re looking for a dynamic Sales and Lead Generation Professional to help get the word out about our Pioneer Ad offers!

Role Overview:
As a Sales and Lead Generation Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through various channels including social media, email marketing, and cold calling. Your goal will be to connect with potential customers, generate interest in our products, and convert leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Engagement: Create compelling content and engage with audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to promote our Advertising and Sponsorship offers. Utilize targeted ads to reach potential customers and drive traffic to our website.

Email
Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products. Craft engaging newsletters and promotional content that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.
Cold Calling: Identify potential leads and conduct outreach through cold calling to introduce our digital products. Build relationships with prospects and follow up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Lead Management: Maintain a well-organized of leads in our CRM database, track interactions, and analyze the effectiveness of different outreach strategies. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media and Content Planning team to align messaging and strategies. Share insights and feedback from your interactions to refine our approach and improve product offerings.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in Advertising or Sponsorship offers.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
*This role is meant to become Sales Manager. Team Leadership qualifications will be recognized first.
