Watch and Find Pet/Animal Memes for Me and get Paid (Clip selector Instagram Reels, Reddit,

Hi, I run compilation channels on Youtube.

I need someone who is willing to LEARN and become an EXPERT PET clip selector that is passionate with finding the funniest pet/animal ---------- clips on the internet for me.

3-4 hours/day
No free days
(If you want free days, you can work in advance)

Work requires a pc/laptop, can't be done from phone alone.

This is not a gig or a pay per project, i am looking for someone that can grasp my style and work for me LONG TERM, not complete a few projects.

The job itself:

You receive my instagram account for reels, you will also make your own instagram reels account and teach the algorithm the type of clips we are looking for. You receive more pages (reddit, twitter, instagram etc)

You watch and judge the clips and figure out which ones we want to use, download them, put them in a folder.

You will have to get 150 clips that match our standards daily.

Convert all clips.

Upload the folder to google drive.

This the basis of what you would be doing for 3-4 hours a day. Basically search the internet for the funniest pet videos that match my humor, you will be given very clear instruction and coaching. If you have any experience with instagram algorithms or have done similar work, mention it in your message to me.

Your first message to me should be:
Send me 3-5 clips with animals (cats/dogs/other) max 20-30 seconds each, from youtube/instagram that you consider matches the description:
Not facebook humor, not millennial humor, not cute or cringe. We are looking for: Unexpected, unusual, funny, degenerate type pet clips. The better the clips, the more likely you are to be selected.

Moving up:

Your base salary when you are hired (after the training period which will also be paid 10$ per day) will be 390$/month (13$/ day)
After 6 months of working together and delivering the same top quality consistently, i will raise your salary to 450$/month (15$/day)
After 1 year, i will raise your salary to 600$/month (20$/day)

I am looking for a loyal partner long term, i advise you to not apply if you have other mentally taxing projects/jobs/studies going on, our standard is high and has to be met everyday, it is not a quick 30 minutes taking every clip you see. Thank you
