Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Amazon Catalog and Listing Manager with a proven track record and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimizing Amazon product catalogs, particularly through the use of flat files. This role requires someone with a solid understanding of Amazon’s listing management processes, who can ensure that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the Amazon product catalog using flat files, ensuring all product information is accurate and compliant with Amazon's policies.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and conversion rates.
Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to maximize listing discoverability.
Monitor product listings for any inaccuracies, suppressions, or policy violations, and resolve these issues promptly.
Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support via phone and support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve listing-related challenges.
Ensure proper categorization, attributes, and backend information for all products to maximize listing performance.
Stay updated on Amazon’s evolving policies and algorithm changes, ensuring that listings comply and remain competitive.
Analyze listing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Amazon Catalog Manager or Listing Manager, with a proven ability to manage product catalogs using flat files.
Demonstrated success in optimizing Amazon listings and resolving complex listing issues.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions to improve listing performance.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
