Creative Manager for Facebook Ad Team

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to join our team part-time and help keep our Facebook ads looking sharp and on time. You’ll lead a small team of graphic designers and video editors, making sure each ad is high-quality, creative, and delivered on schedule. This job is hands-on, so you’ll also jump in to do some simple graphic design and video edits.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the team by assigning tasks and checking their work
- Give feedback to make sure each creative is top-notch
- Help with some design and video editing yourself
- Keep us on track with daily deadlines
- Be available to answer questions and support the team

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in both photo and video editing
- Proven track record managing a creative team
- Understanding of what makes Facebook Ads perform well
- Background in e-commerce or dropshipping is a plus
- Able to work 2-3 hours each day from Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
