JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the listing process.
Guide clients on next steps, answer questions, and set expectations to ensure a smooth experience.
Schedule listing appointments, including photography, inspections, and staging, coordinating with clients and vendors as needed.
Listing Preparation & Marketing

Gather listing information, prepare listing documents, and obtain required disclosures and contracts.
Input property details accurately into the MLS and any associated listing platforms, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate professional photography, videography, virtual tours, and other marketing materials.
Design and distribute marketing materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) for each listing and manage online and offline listing promotion.
Compliance & Document Management

Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with real estate laws and company standards.
Manage electronic and physical filing of all listing documents, contracts, disclosures, and other records.
Regularly update the listing status and manage all MLS changes throughout the listing lifecycle.
Coordination & Communication with Agents and Tea ---------- mbers

Communicate listing updates and feedback from showings to agents, clients, and tea ---------- mbers.
Work closely with agents to provide updates on listing activities and facilitate open houses, broker opens, and other promotional events.
Track all listing-related deadlines and ensure timely completion of all listing-related tasks.
Transaction Support

Coordinate communication between clients, agents, and transaction coordinators to ensure smooth handoff from listing to closing.
Provide transaction coordinators with listing details to support a seamless transition to the closing process.
Customer Service & Relationship Building

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted resource for clients throughout the listing process.
Address any client concerns or questions promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
