Job Overview:
We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B and LinkedIn marketing. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on taking the initiative and guiding our marketing direction with innovative ideas. Our ideal candidate doesn’t wait for instructions—they identify opportunities and pursue them confidently. Key Responsibilities:
• LinkedIn Marketing & Social Media: Lead our B2B LinkedIn strategy with engaging, brand-focused content.
• Graphic Design: Develop high-quality brochures, infographics, business cards, and other design assets.

• Content Creation: Regularly post blogs on our WordPress site, featuring industry insights and company updates.
• Storytelling & Brand Consistency: Craft clear, impactful narratives to unify and strengthen CrewsLink’s brand voice.
• Strategy & Innovation: Propose and drive new campaign ideas, channels, and formats to expand our marketing
impact.
• Additional Marketing Tasks: Tackle a variety of marketing needs as they arise, adapting and contributing proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
• A self-driven, detail-oriented individual with a proven background in B2B social media, specifically LinkedIn.
• A creative eye for graphic design and a strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Experience with
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to create cohesive brand messaging.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• A proactive approach and willingness to suggest and implement ideas, take ownership, and excel in a supportive yet
challenging environment.
