Web design and layout

I am Jeffrey I'm looking for somebody to make my website look good. I'm doing it on Google sites So if you know that website would be a plus. If you can create pictures more specifically I wanted a building with people standing out in front of it and my sign on the building that would be a plus. I got two websites do don't know if I'm going to get started right away. If you could do video editing is a plus. Must have your own tools. Comment tools in your subject line if you read this. It will not be steady work so this ain't going to be a full-time job.
