Are you a dynamic self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating amazing customer experiences? Forged Axe Throwing is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive our business forward.

About Us
Forged Axe Throwing is a premier axe throwing venue with locations in Whistler and Victoria. We're committed to delivering unforgettable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication
- Manage all customer communications across multiple channels (phone, email, text)
- Process bookings, reservations, and scheduling changes (Fareharbor)
- Ensure detailed customer notes are maintained to enable personalized experiences
- Monitor venue capacity and adjust availability as needed

Operations Management
- Review and optimize team KPIs and scorecards
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Manage team workload distribution and scheduling
- Coordinate event planning and execution
- Handle product ordering and inventory management
- Document operational processes and systems

Business Development
- Manage marketing calendar and drive project completion
- Cultivate relationships with potential partners
- Coordinate with management for partnership meetings
- Create and manage affiliate invoicing
- Participate in chamber/tourism board events

Administrative
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
- Assist with bookkeeping and receipt management
- Coordinate employee benefits administration
- Attend management and partner meetings as required

- Proficiency with CRM systems and business software
- Experience in customer service and operations management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
