About Me:
I am a baby sleep coach, author, and speaker with several years of experience helping parents get their babies to sleep. I am looking to expand my business with a virtual assistant who has vision and creativity to assist in business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach: Make effective sales calls in fluent English to connect and engage with prospects.

Email and Text Communication: Send and manage follow-up emails and texts, ensuring clear and consistent communication with leads.
Follow-up Management: Proactively reach out to prospects who book a call via email, text, and phone to confirm appointments and nurture client relationships.
Scheduling and CRM Management: Use Calendly to handle appointments and Active Campaign for managing and sending marketing emails.
Data Organization: Utilize Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive to organize, track, and manage lead information.
Conduct thorough online research to identify relevant events, conferences, and podcasts in the parenting, baby care, and wellness niches.
Compile a list of potential speaking opportunities, including event details, contact information, application deadlines, and submission requirements.

Requirements:
Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English skills for high-quality communication.
Reliable Internet: Stable internet connection for uninterrupted calls and follow-ups.
Working Hours: Ability to work at least 4 hours a day between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm EST (8:00 pm - 12:00 am PHT).
Technical Skills: Experience with Active Campaign, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and Calendly, or a willingness to learn quickly.
Strong internet research skills with the ability to identify high-quality events and podcasts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Driven and creative with a strong sense of ownership, eager to complete tasks independently.
Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with social media for possible future tasks in engaging new clients.

Compensation: Pay is $2 per hour with bonuses for every lead who pays to join the baby sleep coaching program.
