Reddit and Forum Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Reddit and Forum Outreach Specialist to represent New Law Business Model on Reddit, Quora, and other public forums. You’ll monitor discussions related to estate planning, answer questions, clarify information, and, when appropriate, invite people to join our webinars and learn more about our services. The insights you gather from these interactions will help our leadership and marketing teams continuously refine our approach.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage in Online Discussions
• Actively monitor discussions on Reddit, Quora, Law Stack Exchange, and other relevant forums, especially those centered on estate planning and related legal topics.
• Respond professionally to questions, offering clear information on New Law’s mission and services. Where appropriate, invite users to join New Law’s educational webinars and resources.
• Focus on responding to existing conversations without initiating new topics or discussions.

2. Promote Educational Resources
• Identify opportunities to invite forum participants to New Law’s webinars and other educational resources whenever relevant.
• Ensure invitations to resources are organic and helpful, guiding users to learn more about New Law’s approach to estate planning in a client-centered, accessible way.

3. Collect and Report Feedback
• Document valuable insights, recurring questions, and feedback trends in Slack for team visibility and in Asana for
actionable follow-up by our product and marketing teams.
• Highlight recurring themes, sentiment trends, and potential areas for content or service improvement, providing regular reports for team discussions.

4. Maintain Brand Integrity
• Represent New Law with a consistent and professional voice, refraining from offering specific legal advice.
• Address negative feedback thoughtfully and escalate significant issues to the leadership team.

5. Collaborate with Internal Teams
• Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to ensure responses align with New Law’s brand messaging and goals.
• Use FAQs, approved content, and other resources to ensure accurate and supportive responses.

Qualifications:
• Experience with online community engagement, social media, or customer support (experience with Reddit, Quora, or
legal forums is a plus).
• Strong written English skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and professional tone.
• Ability to research and understand New Law Business Model’s mission, services, and educational offerings.
• Familiarity with Slack and Asana is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and bring valuable insights to our team.
