**Job Title:** Content Entry Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)
**Location:** Remote (Must work during MST hours)
**Hours:** Starting at to 7-10 hours per week with opportunity to grow as we grow
**Rate:** Commensurate with experience

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Entry Specialist to support various churches with website content updates. This role involves taking information from PDFs and accurately inputting it into a website using HTML. You will work within a Content Management System (CMS) to manage updates, ensuring all materials reflect the highest standards of quality and accuracy. A basic understanding of Catholic Church structure, terminology, and practices is essential for ensuring content aligns with the needs of our church-based clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Transfer content from PDF documents to web pages using HTML.
- Ensure all content follows specified formatting and is accurate to the original material.
- Update and manage content within a CMS.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, checking for consistency, proper formatting, and correct links.
- Coordinate with church staff as needed to ensure accurate representation of information.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience with HTML and a Content Management System (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks.
- Familiarity with the Catholic Church and its general practices.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Availability to work during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
-HTML CSS, Photoshop
-Some experience with CMS like Wordpress
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
