CSR for Insurance

I need someone that knows Property and Casualty Insurance/ Home , Auto, & Commercial. Medical/Dental insurance is NOT what I do. This person will answer the phone and can either take notes or make endorsements to policies. I don't have lots of calls. You will be responsible for making calls in your when the phone isnt ringing; asking simple questions of prospects. I absolutely want someone who has really good English and eye for details.
The pay is negotiable and so are the hours based on your experience. If you have commercial insurance experience please tell me that upfront.

My hours are from Eastern Standard Time. That means that I am on the earliest time zone in America. You will be expected to show proof of your work. I do not hire agency workers. I have a cross culture base of customers from all over the world, we speak Spanish and English.
