Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, with a primary focus on designing and managing our weekly promotional emails. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, email marketing best practices, and the ability to create compelling content that drives conversions. Experience with Go High Level CRM is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:


Email Marketing:
*Design and develop visually stunning HTML emails for weekly promotions, product spotlights, and company announcements.
*Ensure emails are optimized for mobile responsiveness and deliverability.
*Manage email lists and segmentation within Go High Level.
*Track and analyze email campaign performance, providing reports and insights.
Graphic Design:
*Create eye-catching marketing collateral, including website graphics, social media assets, flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.
*Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
*Develop and maintain image libraries and design templates.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Website Design:
*Assist with website design updates and landing page creation.
*Optimize website images for optimal user experience.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing email marketing and digital design work.
*Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
*Experience with HTML email development and best practices.
*Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
*Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*Highly Preferred: Experience with Go High Level CRM.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
