JOB OVERVIEW

We need a natural conversationalist-closer with a clear voice that Americans will understand and trust - you MUST PROVIDE a voice recording with your interest in the role and your sales experience detail. The position is to call warm leads who've expressed interest in our SETC/FFCRA government refund opportunity and close them on how easy the process is, how they'll have a support partner to walk them through the process and how they may qualify to receive a check for up to $32,200 with no upfront costs and receive their funds within 30-days and even request an advance to receive their funds in as little as 10 business days! This is not hard selling but influence and an authentic mission to help self-employed Americans (1099/gig/freelance/C Corp) of the fifty MILLION eligible Americans who filed tax returns as self employed in 2021 (2020 income can be used instead if higher than 2021)...and qualify for a 'tax credit' (check from the government due to ANY COVID related hardships, lost wages, jobs or caring for themselves or others during COVID. *We're giving Federal money back to qualified Americans who were impacted in any way by COVID in 2021, so this is an easy position as you're not "selling" anything, but the challenge will be that most will believe that it's "too good to be true" because the program is not well known.

**The metrics are 150 calls per-day from our qualified leads of approximately 5 minutes per-call and a conversion of 50%, as again, we're not selling anything, we're giving self employed tax credits (in the form of a check from the US government) away - the most challenging part is to be relatable, trustworthy while insistent enough to get them to apply as there is no risk, no upfront fees or risk at all!
