Real Estate LAND Acquisition Associate - Land Investment Company - Phone Sales Skills - Remote
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST. Must have Real Estate, preferably Land experience to apply.
We are a Land Investment company. Our leads are inbound. No cold-calling is required.
Pay: hourly base + generous commissions for each contract (when a purchase followed by eventual property disposition occurs). Quick raise for solid experience and significant contributions.
We are looking for an experienced phone salesperson to work full-time during US EST business hours (currently, GMT -4) from 10am to 7pm (40-45 hours weekly). We do not conduct hard aggressive sales (and your job will not be to sell anything per se), however you have to be a good negotiator, understand American culture at least somewhat, to be able to detect sellers' "pain points" and focus on them to softly convince them to sell their land to us. This is a good fit for someone who is a natural relationship builder and who has some genuinely positive energy.
You will qualify the lead and their property during the first conversation by simply going through the list of question and making an initial judgment on the viability of the lead, all while building a solid rapport. The second call, should the lead be of the desired quality, will be spent delivering our offer to the seller/client verbally and conducting a negotiation, which is expected to result in a signed contract at a price that is acceptable to us. You must already know how to or quickly learn to assess land value (with our guidance and training) and run competitive analysis, so that you can put together offers to sellers unsupervised.
Your tasks will include:
a) Inbound lead management - we use a custom-built CRM (GHL based) solution to manage and organize all our leads.
b) You will also be responsible for communicating by phone,
c) Negotiation.
d) Assessing property value and offer amounts.

-Ability to speak with an American or at least close to American accent.

-Real Estate experience, especially in acquisitions is a big plus
- Ability to “run comps” – determining subject property value based on sales and listings of similar properties in the area – HUGE PLUS
-Customer service experience is a plus
-Ability to comprehend and learn new software quickly
-Software: Land ID, Google Earth, Zillow/Redfin, Go High Level CRM (or at least other similar CRM) – big plus
!!! Access to reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated and reliable laptop are a must for the position.
Hours will be 10 am to 7 pm EST (GMT -4), Monday through Friday, 40-45 hours per week.
