E-commerce Product Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a sharp E-commerce Product Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The primary focus of this role is to analyze and manage risks associated with our product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring ****We Protect Our Business Interests while Maintaining Compliance****. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze product listings to identify potential IP infringements (copyright, trademark, patent) with respective risk level
• Assess and manage potential risks associated with product listings, including IP claims, policy violations, and compliance concerns that could lead to Marketplace Actions or Legal Challenges
• Monitor marketplace trends, brand behaviors, and enforcement actions to predict potential issues
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies & actionable steps for high-risk products or brands
• Prioritize risk management efforts based on potential impact and likelihood of issues

Requirements:
• Solid e-commerce experience, preferably with major marketplaces like Amazon & Walmart
• Experience in IP risk assessment, compliance analysis, or related fields (must)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Excellent attention to detail in identifying potential trademark, copyright, or patent issues in listings
• Stable and high-speed internet connection
• Strong capability to identify potential risks from multiple angles (product authenticity, brand enforcement, marketplace policies)
• Knowledge of basic IP laws, first sale doctrine, and e-commerce regulations regarding authentic and licensed goods
