Appointment setter (Cold Calling)

We are looking to hire an individual with high attention to detail to work 38 hours a week as an full-time virtual assistant rep. The pay rate starts at USD$750 a month + commission + 13th month and yearly bonus based on business performance. As time goes on, positions for upskilling and managerial positions become available. Basic Requirements
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Modern Desktop or laptop computer
• A stable, reliable source of Wi-Fi (preferred wired)
• Quiet office
• Cold call sales experience
• Beginner experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Major tasks
• Cold call and potential US and Australian businesses who are not happy with their digital marketing.
• Perform follow up calls
• Create genuine connections with leads
• Book and confirm appointments

Availability
• Must be available 7.6 hours a day 5 days a week from 6:00AM to 2:00 PM Manilla time to make and take calls.

Pay
• You can expect to be paid USD$750 per month during probation period of 3 months.
• Wage is paid weekly during the probation period and twice a month on the 15th and 30th once secured.
• 13 month per law, and yearly bonus based on business performance once fulltime offer made.

Training
• Paid in depth training and scripting
• Workshop for escalations/troubleshooting difficulties

Interview process
•multi stage Interviews, over Skype. You will receive an email to confirm your schedule. You can expect the interview to last between 15 and 20 min.
