Designer Who Uses AI To Produce Stock Art (FULL TIME)

ROLE:

This role will be working directly for our portfolio company.

We'll be leveraging AI tools to generate high-quality images that we can submit to stock art marketplaces like Adobe Stock to earn royalties from asset sales.

It's not "Just a stock photo". It's an asset for someone else they might need on a specific day at a specific time for a specific presentation...and for US it's an asset that earns royalties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research best-selling art on stock art marketplaces (and other places you can get creative ideas from) to get an understanding of how to recreate OUR versions of those best-sellers

Work with AI art generation tools like MidJourney and understand how to paste in a competitor stock art listing as a prompt to generate a unique version, but also know when you need to add details or additional words to improve the AI art output

Be familiar with AI tools such as MidJourney & Chat GPT and know how to create basic prompts and work with our prompts to get the outputs you want

Understand how to describe a piece of art you see down to main subject, secondary subjects, color scheme, texture, and anything else worth noting

Have a basic understanding of how SEO works so you can leverage AI to generate keywords that help our stock art listings show up for multiple keywords

Keeping stock art organized so we can separate submitted vs. non-submitted art, as well as managing art submissions across multiple stock art sites

Knowing the basics of how to work with our AI prompts to generate click-worthy titles that also have keywords weaved into them so they're optimized for humans and the algorithm

Be comfortable with consistent data entry, submitting high volumes of stock photos to Adobe Stock and other stock art marketplaces repeatedly with minimal mistakes

Have an eye for quality assurance, to double-check that we never push out any stock photos that are subpar quality or not optimized correctly. We aim to do it right.

We also want someone who is going to regularly stay up to date with the stock art industry as a whole and bring us opportunities / case studies / strategies / etc. related to current and new stock art marketplaces we can list our assets on

RESULTS:

List 100+ new Adobe Stock art pieces per day (this can change).

Revise & relist any denied stock art pieces from previous days that have potential

Stick to 25 stock assets in one category. Then make the next 25 stock assets in another category. Rinse & repeat this until you have 100 categories and then we'll generate stock art in those categories for a while before expanding the category list

REQUIREMENTS:

Direct experience working with AI image creation tools.

2+ year of working with AI tools in general

Firm understanding of how to create QUALITY graphics with AI tools

Knowledge of how to look up what kind of stock art is trending and most popular.

Understanding of how to recreate popular stock art in our own version.

Understanding of how to properly use text-generation AI tools in order to actually create optimized listings for these pieces of art so they can be SEO-optimized and show up in the actual stock art marketplaces we're listing them in when people search for them.

Experience tweaking AI prompts to get better outputs if you're not fully satisfied.

An "Eye" for being able to pick the BEST design out of multiple AI outputs.

SALARY:

$5/Hour with potential for raises and bonuses.

We pay out WEEKLY, not biweekly like most companies.

As you grow in this position you can also enter into more of a managerial role where you have a higher hourly pay for leading a team under you who is helping you execute.
