We’re seeking an experienced Airbnb Listings and Pricing Optimisation Manager to handle listing management, pricing strategies, and quality control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing Airbnb listings and pricing tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management: Create, update, and optimise property listings on Airbnb and ---------- , ensuring that all information is accurate, descriptions are engaging, and images are appealing to attract potential guests.

Pricing Optimisation: Regularly adjust pricing strategies using PriceLabs, aligning with seasonality, occupancy, and market trends to maximise revenue. Ensure that all adjustments are discreet and pricing is not discussed with guests.

Quality Control: Perform weekly listing updates, including refreshing properties with ratings below 4.6 stars on Airbnb or 7.5 on ---------- . Ensure listings are visually appealing, up-to-date, and competitive in the market.
