The position will be in a busy Australian based Law Firm that exclusively provides Australian Migration advice and visa assistance.
We are a dedicated migration firm who has been established since 2001 and we assist hundreds of clients every year with their business sponsorships, nominations, and visa applications to Australia.
We celebrated our 22nd year in March 2024 and have maintained the highest rating (5 star) for a migration firm in the Country on Google Reviews and also hold a 5 star rating on
Previous experience using the CRM program "Migration Manager" will be prioritized.
Tasks and Duties will include:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Respond to
• Handle customer service enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Answer and direct phone calls using a virtual phone system.
• Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Supporting lawyers and senior staff with creating and updating file through LEAP and client management software
• Drafting
• Reviewing, collating and requesting for client documents
• Send follow up
• Assisting with administrative client queries
• Manage and organise electronic files and documents
• Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
• Creating and sending invoices to clients
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
