Social Media Manager

I'm looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join me on our mission to publish games. The role involves setting up and managing all typical social media channels, creating new content autonomously, posting continuous updates and events for individual mobile games, and identifying and engaging with social media micro-influencers to continuously promote our games.

Mode of Work:
- Communication primarily through chat, with calls on demand when necessary.
- Direct communication with the owner of the app.
- You will be responsible for all social media activities for one or more mobile games.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and post new content autonomously, maintaining a consistent stream of updates and events.
- Identify, contact, and engage with social media micro-influencers to promote our games.
- Develop strategies to engage users and build a community around our games.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Well-versed in social media platforms and experience with low-cost automation and post-scheduling tools.
- Ability to understand what users are looking for and how to engage them effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of work and continuously improve.
- Experience with games and gaming communities.
- Proactive, upfront, and honest communication with a result-oriented mindset.
- Network of social media micro-influencers (nice to have).
