Our company is looking to hire Personal Assistants for our top Managers and CEOs. This is a quality position that is offered to a special kind of person who sees themselves interested in the areas of self-improvement, time management, and has a personal hobby in their personal life of being organized with schedules and organizing their time.
Personal Assistants will be given managerial roles to oversee departments and report back to managers as well as manage Team Members at a high level.
Wage/Salary is initial and substantial pay increase available for qualified applicants who fit who we are looking for.
PA's will be responsible for managing the day to day schedule of CEOs in the company, and being able to adjust agenda's and tasks as the day goes on for the CEO. Additionally, they will be trained for manager role in the company to oversee operations of other Team Members around the world.
Applicant must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English to a high level. There will be regular phone calls and morning meetings with the managers.
Applicants must have good consistent and fast internet connection for voice calls and screen share videos.
Specific tasks include:
- Organize tasks and projects in Todoist
- Organize and Prioritize events and tasks in Google Calendar
- Preparing reports and organizing information from Team Members

Job requirements:
- Available for 40+ hours per week flexible time
- Ability to have Google Hangouts voice calls daily and regularly
- Available for meeting between 8am - 9pm EST
- Must have excellent English and Communication skills + sense of humor (we love happy positive people)
- Must have good consistent Internet connection
Preferred experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills with people and other Employees in the Company
- Experience with Time Management Techniques
- Experience with Self-Improvement and hobby of organization
- Experience with Google Calendar and Todoist TIme Magemement Apps
- Preferred experience with how to coach/teach or how to be an accountability partner
