We are seeking 3 skilled Property Claims Reviewers to join our growing team. This position offers the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion of the initial period.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess property claims files with precision and attention to detail
* Ensure strict compliance with policy terms and guidelines
* Provide expert analysis and recommendations on claims
* Utilize Symbility and Xactimate software for review and adjustment of estimates

Required Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of property insurance policies and coverage
* Proficiency in property estimating
* Experience with Symbility and Xactimate software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Schedule
* Full-time position (12-hour workdays)
* 7 days per week
* Following US Eastern Time zone schedule

Employment Terms
* Initial temporary position with performance evaluation
* Opportunity for permanent position upon successful completion
* Daily rate: PHP 670.42
* Monthly earning potential: PHP 20,112.65 (based on 30-day month)
