Job Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create, develop, and optimize high-converting sales funnels using Funnelish (or PageFly) to maximize conversion rates and generate leads.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various funnel stages to identify the most effective strategies and implement necessary improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all funnel stages.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in building and optimizing sales funnels, particularly in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and purchasing behaviors.
- Proficiency in Funnelish and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent graphic design skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Canva.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Choose Fixed Rate: $9-$18 or more, based on perfomance.
-Choose Hourly Rate: $3-$8 or more, based on performance.
-Company Performance Bonus: Up to 30% of your monthly pay, based on company performance.
