Creative Graphic Designer / Production Assistant for a full time position /Social Media Manager

ECLECTIC is a full-service production company based in Los Angeles. Our work focuses on music video, commercial contents, documentaries, and narratives but we also do branded and social media content. We are looking for a full-time CREATIVE Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager but also a Production Assistant who wants to join our team.

Pros: *Flexible schedule. We can find a time range that works for both parties keeping in mind the time difference between the Philippines and the United States.

*You can work as much as you want. We will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

Conditions:
*Flexibility to work in the USA time zone when needed.

Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
* Google Docs, Google Excel Sheets, Google Calendar knowledge is REQUIRED
* Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is REQUIRED.
* Knowledge in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is REQUIRED.
* Experience in Video Editing is PREFERRED and a huge Plus but not necessary
* Knowledge of AI text-to-image platforms such as MidJourney or Leonardo is a plus.
*MUST be creative and innovative with attention to detail.
* Social Media experience

Tasks:
- Design for Creative Decks, PPM Books, music video treatments, and presentations for projects.
*** Don't worry if you are not familiar with these formats, we can share samples. But Graphic Design knowledge is REQUIRED.
- Social Media management. We have three Instagram accounts to be managed.
- Website management: keep updated our websites by uploading new projects, we can show you how to do this.
- Vimeo accounts: manage our Vimeo accounts a keep them updated and nice-looking.
- Knowledge of editing would be great to create some social media posts and website assets.
- Searching and booking flights/hotels for the team when needed.
- Replying to emails when needed.
- Schedule meetings - Take notes in these meetings
- Potential client research We understand this is a specific position and there's a paid training period. If you are a creative person you might be a good fit!
