Project Quality Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented digital Ninja to join our team as a Project Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of software projects, ensuring deliverables meet our high standards and project goals, and managing project tasks within their timelines from initiation to completion.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise in quality testing, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Testing (50%)
- Plan, design, and execute tests for software projects, including functional, usability, performance, and regression tests.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain test plans, cases for your internal team and our external clients
- Implement testing strategies as appropriate to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

2. Project Management (50%)
- Coordinate and oversee the UAT stages of the project, ensuring development tasks adhere to the design and scope
- Manage project developers while working with your Digital Producer
- Facilitate tea ---------- etings, ensure clear communication among tea ---------- mbers, and drive collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and identify improvement areas for future projects.


Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- 2+ years in project management, ideally within software or technology projects.

Skills
- Proficiency in test management tools and project management software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
- Software development project experience
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
