Virtual Assistant - Marketing Emphasis

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant, who also can function and specialize as a marketer and lead generator.

We have an online business that produces relationship information and training products and markets them via online courses/lessons, a membership area and coaching. We have been in business since 2001. We presently are developing a new line of products to launch which will lead to scaling our business.

We need help in developing systems that streamline work and provides tasks that are clear and consistent. Part of the responsibility will be working in those systems we now have: landing pages, order forms, products development, testing, email follow up sequences and more.

Lead generation will initially focus on finding joint venture partners through researching social media and active web sites, or pursuing other marketing avenues dependent on interest.

In the beginning you will be exposed to different aspects of the business, such as email campaigns, Lesson development, Landing page creation, Facebook management, the use of ---------- , Roboform, snagit, Google Workspace, Keap navigation and use, pdf and video editing, to name a few.

Familiarity with these tools or a willingness to learn is important:

We are team oriented. We have myself, a web developer and web designer. We coordinate tasks using ---------- . A daily review of work is required to help with planning and solving problems as they arise.

We anticipate you will initially work 20 hours a week, moving toward full time. How much you work and what kind of work you will do will be based on what you are good at, what you enjoy and your goals for professional development.

You will be hired for a 6 month trial period. The time will be used to make sure we are good fit, are willing to learn and develop and value is added to our team.

Starting pay will be determined in conversation considering your experience, median pay for Virtual Assistants and other factors.

If you become a valued member of our team you can expect pay raises.

We offer 13th month payment.

We offer one week paid vacation per quarter after the first 6 month trial period. We also are generous with sick/family days. The main objective is to do your work, enjoy your work and do it well.

We consider your national or local Holidays and other issues specific to your culture. We have contributed financially for a crisis (i.e. natural disasters.) We have also have assisted with local Filipino charities and needs.
