Marketing Manager

Floraly ( ---------- ) is a fast-growing start-up in the online flower gifting space. We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our brand to the next level.

The Role
The Marketing Manager role is a full time role that will be working across all of our brand and marketing activities. We are looking for a creative thinker who can reliably execute across a range of channels and campaigns - leveraging their keen visual eye across content creation, print and digital collateral, and social curation. This is a hands-on role spanning:

Content and Campaign Planning: Work to map out content and campaigns in advance, spanning always on, key seasonal ---------- nts and new product launches, plus our editorial and social calendar.

Social: Manage Floraly’s social presence across channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn, involving content creation, community management and follower growth and engagement – prioritising the customer experience across social touchpoints with timely responses and active engagement.


Email Communication: Build creative weekly EDMs to drive sales, pulling insights from weekly reporting to determine the most effective content and engagement strategies (experience with Klaviyo is a bonus).

Website: Own maintenance across new bouquet uploads, assets and copy, working with the Operations Team to ensure products are maintained and surfaced across the site.

Copywriting: Assist with copywriting across ad copy, product descriptions and long form editorial, with an emphasis on customer engagement and SEO.

Partnerships: Ideate and work in conjunction with the broader team to assist in finding new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing our customer base.

In addition, you must have great conversational English skills and be confident in speaking to people online.
