Outside Sales Representative - We Buy Houses

About the Role:
We're seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads, visiting properties, and closing deals for our "We Buy Houses" business. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential sellers.
Conduct property visits to assess properties and determine their value.
Negotiate offers and close deals with property sellers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
