Customer Service for Dropshipping Store

Who are we?
We are a dropshipping company that runs an e-commerce store using Shopify
and have done over 6 figures in revenue in the last month.

At the ---------- nt, we are expanding our business and are looking for new talents for our digital
advertising team to help us in achieving goals efficiently.

Whom do we search for?
We are searching for someone who can reply to all of our customers emails and manage disputes and refunds. Our expectations for the position of customer service are as follows:
Previous experience in Shopify Dopshipping
Passion about working punctual
Familiarity with disputes
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take the initiative
A team player that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Previous experience using freshdesk.
