Experienced Figma Website Designer

Leaders Marketing LLC is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in website design and development for personal injury law firms across the US. We are currently seeking an experienced Figma Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and be comfortable working independently on website designs using Figma.

Responsibilities:
Design high-quality websites for personal injury law firms and other clients using Figma.
Collaborate with our marketing and tech departments to ensure the website reflects the client’s branding and business goals.
Review existing designs in our Figma account and create new ones following similar standards and structures.
Meet deadlines and provide updates on progress regularly.

Candidates will also be granted access to our Figma account to see how previous designs were created.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Figma website design (please provide portfolio examples).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience designing for law firms or service-based businesses is a plus.
Good communication skills and accountability in meeting project deadlines.
