Virtual Assistant – Product Activation Specialist for Shopify

Hey! We are looking for a Shopify Virtual Assistant to help us with activating draft products on our Shopify store. This role involves reviewing draft products and updating them to live status on our Online Store with all the necessary quality checks. The position starts with approximately 1 hour of work per day and will gradually increase up to 4-6 hours daily.

Responsibilities:

- Review and activate draft products on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all product details, images, SKUs, prices, and descriptions align with our quality standards.
- Communicate with the team for any updates, changes, or feedback regarding product details.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Shopify is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Position Details:

Hourly Rate: $4.00/hr
Hours: Starting at 1 hour per day, increasing to up to 4-6 hours per day as workload grows.
