Accountant for Property Management

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Accountant!

Are you an organized and detail-oriented accounting professional looking for flexibility in your work schedule? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

Schedule:

20 hours/week (with potential to increase to 30 hours in the future)
Choose Your Hours! Work between 11 AM and 9 PM PST (San Francisco time) or 2 AM to 12 PM (Manila time) to fit your lifestyle.

What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous bookkeeping.
Record all income and expenses for our growing business.
Create and distribute owner statements to property owners, ensuring transparency and trust.
Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to track financial performance and generate insightful reports.
Organize and manage files effortlessly using Google Drive.
Support the team with miscellaneous accounting and data tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of accounting experience—your expertise matters!
A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
QuickBooks experience is required
Familiarity with property management accounting is a plus, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

College Degree in Accounting or Finance
Typing speed of 60 WPM
Reliable internet connection and computer
Strong communication skills
Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Drive
Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for research solutions
