We're a successful lead generation agency specializing in the home service industry, and we are looking for a full-time Google Ads Manager to join our team. This is a long-term position (not a contract or project-based role) for someone who wants to grow with our company.
What We Do:
- Generate high-quality leads for home service companies across the US
- Focus exclusively on Google Search ads and Bings Search Ads optimization
- Constant A/B testing of ads and landing pages
- Track and optimize for cost per lead and lead quality
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize Google Search campaigns
- Conduct systematic A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead while maintaining quality
- Work with our team closely to manage the quality of leads and lead volume
- Use tools like Unbounce, Go High Level, and Zapier
- Analyze data and make data-driven optimization decisions
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of Google Ads management experience
- Strong focus on Search campaigns (not Discovery/Display/LSAs)
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through A/B testing
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Deep understanding of using AI to help with copy and other various tasks
- Familiarity with Unbounce or similar landing page builders
- Experience with marketing automation tools
Ideal Candidate:
- Has managed substantial ad spend in past roles
- Loves data-driven optimization
- Enjoys systematic testing and optimization
- Is detail-oriented and process-driven
- Can work independently in their time zone
- Has experience in lead generation (home services experience is a plus)
This is NOT a fit if you:
- Are currently working at an agency
- Currently have many Google ads accounts you are working on (too busy for a full-time job)
- Can only work part-time
- Don't have extensive Google Search ads experience
- Haven't done significant A/B testing
- Don't have proven results from past campaigns
