Sales Associate - Freight Broker

We are a freight brokerage based in the USA and looking for a new sales professionals to join our team. We are an independent agency powered by GlobalTranz. Our product offering includes cutting edge shipping technology and competitive rates, allowing you to gain valuable repeat customers and create deals with significant commission opportunities for yourself.

We provide all the sales tools you will need, including a CRM, warm leads, and a dedicated sales development rep who works to qualify new opportunities every day. Your job is to close the deal and provide great service to your customers as you build your own book of business.

It's a fun and fast-paced environment, and you will have a lot of independence!

Flexible schedule and you can work from home – this job is 100% remote!

Experience with freight or logistics is a plus, but not required, as long as you are motivated to learn!

Our team uses Microsoft 365, Slack, and RingCentral to communicate and work together.

Our sales professionals are paid on commission and receive 70% net of fees on the freight shipments they sell. We will guarantee your earnings for the first two months at $500/month to help you ramp up. Our sales professionals average $1500+/month and there is no cap on how much you can make!
