Finance staff

We are hiring a skilled Finance Person to join our growing e-commerce team!
If you have strong accounting skills, experience using Xero, and enjoy working in a fast-paced online business, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records using Xero

Reconcile bank transactions, invoices, and payment gateways

Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets

Monitor cash flow and expenses

Ensure accurate and timely financial data for management

Support other finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in finance/accounting (minimum 1 year preferred)

Proficient in Xero software

Experience in e-commerce or online business is a must

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Excellent English communication skills
