Job Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and adaptable Virtual Assistant with strong social media skills and a broad range of other competencies. Social media will be just one part of your role; you’ll also take on various other tasks that require critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms.
• Manage online customer inquiries, comments, and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other tea
• Support in administrative tasks, document organization, and other essential operational duties.
• Take on project-based tasks such as market research, competitor analysis, and special campaigns.
Skills & Requirements:
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with productivity, CRM, and content tools (see below).
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Efficiently manage multiple projects with precision.
• Communication Skills: Both written and spoken English proficiency for communicating with the team and clients.
• Proactive and Flexible: Eager to take on new challenges and adapt as priorities change.
• Social Media Savvy: Ability to create posts, manage social media calendars, and engage with audiences effectively.
