+Proven GoHighLevel Experience: Candidates must have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel account setup and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform’s integrations and workflow configuration. During the interview process, candidates will be asked to demonstrate how they would set up and integrate a new client in GoHighLevel.
+Experience with Google and Microsoft Products: Familiarity with Google Business (Google My Business, Google Analytics) and Microsoft Outlook and Office products is a significant advantage, ensuring seamless integration with GoHighLevel.
+Project Management Skills: Strong project planning and communication skills, with experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to complete deliverables successfully.
+Client-Centric and Solution-Oriented: Ability to anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project.

*GoHighLevel Responsibilities*
The GoHighLevel Project Manager will guide clients through the platform’s setup and configuration, ensuring a customized experience:
Onboarding and Account Setup
Lead clients through their initial GoHighLevel account creation, configure user roles, set permissions, and input essential business information to personalize their experience.
Walk clients through initial GoHighLevel training, orienting them to key functions and the customized setup that aligns with their business needs.
Integrations
Facilitate integration of essential platforms, including Google My Business, Google Analytics,
Set up payment processing via Stripe and connect website domains, including SSL configuration, to support e-commerce or lead generation needs.
Ensure seamless integration of Google and Microsoft products, making the GoHighLevel platform work fluidly within the client’s existing operational ecosystem.
Automation and Workflow Configuration
Configure GoHighLevel workflows and automations, setting up custom triggers and actions that automate client interactions, lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, and targeted marketing.
Analytics and Reporting
Build comprehensive reporting dashboards, enabling clients to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign insights. Provide regular monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis to support client decision-making.
*Project Management Responsibilities*
The Project Manager’s responsibilities extend beyond GoHighLevel configuration to full-scope project management, ensuring client goals are met through careful planning, consistent communication, and proactive issue resolution.
Client Communication and Strategy Alignment
Serve as the main point of contact, documenting the client’s marketing objectives and translating them into a strategic GoHighLevel roadmap.
Ensure a smooth handoff from Business Development to Operations, initiating with an introductory meeting to clarify objectives and expectations.
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, providing monthly performance updates and additional check-ins as required.
Proactively escalate any client engagement or retention concerns to senior leadership, allowing for timely action to secure the client’s ongoing satisfaction.
Project Planning and Execution
Define and document project scope, deliverables, and timelines, coordinating with Operations and specialized tea
Develop detailed project plans in project management software, assign tasks to the appropriate subject matter experts, and monitor progress to maintain
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintaining thorough documentation to track project changes and updates.
Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution
Establish quality standards and testing protocols to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct testing and reviews for all GoHighLevel configurations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring all integrations are fully operational before client delivery.
Promptly address any issues or concerns raised by the client, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
