Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing various administrative and marketing tasks for a busy executive. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Virtual Assistant, you will help streamline daily and weekly projects and operations by managing work flows, writing standard operating procedures, assisting with social media, coordinating program and event logistics, and much more.
Responsibilities
· Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed.

· Event Logistics and Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and special events.
· Social Media Management: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
· Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including drafting
· PowerPoint Creation: Develop and format PowerPoint presentations, materials, and resources.
· Administrative Tasks: Manage documents, organize files, write standard operating procedures, checklists, perform data entry, and maintain digital records.
· Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring everything remains on schedule.
· Travel Planning: Research and book travel arrangements, accommodations, and prepare itineraries.
· Note-Taking: Attend virtual meetings and provide accurate notes and summaries.
· Research: Conduct online research to gather information on relevant topics and provide summaries as needed.
· Document Preparation: Format and prepare documents, forms, reports, and other business-related materials.
· Operational Efficiency: Assist in ad hoc tasks to improve organizational efficiency and support the growth.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role for at least 2 years.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic marketing tasks.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic knowledge of Video editing tools is a plus.
Additional Information
This position is part-time, with a maximum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and capable of adapting to changing priorities. This is a remote position, allowing the candidate to work from anywhere with reliable internet access.
