JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in marketing and a specialization in paid traffic. This role is for a US-based company in a dynamic startup environment, where results are expected in the short to mid-term. The ideal candidate will manage all of our paid campaigns, including Google Ads, from strategy development to execution and optimization, ensuring they achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the budget for paid campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Develop and implement segmentation strategies and target audience definitions aligned with company goals.
Schedule and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Validate and optimize campaign creatives, ensuring that design and copy follow best practices and are approved before publication.
Actively collaborate in developing strategies for organic campaigns across all digital channels.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the company’s marketing plan from both a strategic and operational standpoint.
Utilize the Go High Level platform for marketing automation and process optimization.
Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Strong knowledge of the Go High Level platform.
Analytical and strategic skills to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns.
Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with the marketing manager and other departments.
