Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Key Responsibilities:
-Campaign Setup & Strategy: Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns across
-Ad Creation & Copywriting: Design engaging ads that capture attention and drive action. Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers to create visuals that convert. Ensure ads are optimized for each platform’s best practices.
-Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use data-driven insights to identify, segment, and target specific audiences. Develop custom audiences based on behaviors, demographics, and interests, ensuring ads reach the most relevant users.
-Retargeting & Warm-Up Ads: Develop and implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who have shown interest but haven’t converted. Use warm-up ads to build trust and familiarize new users with the brand, leading to higher conversion rates.
-Ad Spend Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets, adjusting as needed to optimize performance and ROI. Allocate funds strategically to maximize conversions while maintaining cost-efficiency.
-Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular performance updates with insights and recommendations for improvement.
-A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creative, copy, and strategies. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
-Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other tea
Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing
-Technical Skills: Strong understanding of
-Creative Skills: Ability to write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives that engage audiences and drive action. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad visuals.
-Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, analyzing campaign metrics, and making data-driven decisions. Experience with tracking and analytics tools to measure performance and improve results.
-Budget Management: Proven experience in managing ad spend and maximizing ROI. Ability to allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and make strategic adjustments as needed.
-Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex ad strategies and performance metrics in a clear and understandable way to clients and tea
-Preferred Skills: Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), knowledge of CRM integration, and familiarity with marketing tools like Slack,
