GHL Certified Admin (Marketing Specialist)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and GHL Certified Admin (Marketing Specialist) to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for a full-time role in the future. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL), capable of setting up and optimizing GHL systems, creating automated workflows, building sales funnels, and managing integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring GHL operates seamlessly, providing a solid foundation for our clients' marketing and sales activities. We need someone who is structured, disciplined, and quick to adapt, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Experience with ---------- and Slack is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
-GHL System Setup: Efficiently configure GoHighLevel systems, including pipelines, campaigns, forms, and triggers, to automate and streamline marketing and sales processes.
-Workflow Automation: Design and implement custom workflows that enhance lead management, client follow-ups, and overall marketing efficiency.
-Sales Funnel Creation: Build and optimize sales funnels within GHL that guide prospects through the buying journey, driving lead conversion and sales.
-Integration Management: Set up and manage integrations between GHL and other tools or platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow across systems.
-System Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine GHL setups to improve efficiency, resolve issues, and enhance performance.
-Team Communication: Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, provide updates, and deliver GHL solutions that align with project goals. Effective communication in English is essential.
-Project Management Tools: Experience with ---------- for task management and Slack for team communication is a plus, facilitating smooth collaboration across projects.

Qualifications:
-GHL Certification: Required. Must demonstrate proficiency in GoHighLevel’s core features, including automations, funnels, CRM, and integrations.
-Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
-Technical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing workflows, automation processes, and sales funnel setups. Knowledge of integration tools (Zapier, API setups) is a plus.
-Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
-Organized & Disciplined: Structured approach to work, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
-Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support the team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
