We are a dynamic company looking for a skilled IT Consultant who specializes in API Integrations, Front-end Integrations, and email infrastructure using SendGrid and other deliverability tools. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage API integrations between various platforms to optimize system performance.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with back-end systems.
· Oversee the integration of third-party tools, ensuring smooth data flow between internal and external services.
· Optimize SendGrid and other email solutions for efficient mailbox deliverability and email infrastructure management.
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and effectively.
· Monitor and maintain system integrations to ensure consistent performance and security.
· Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integration solutions to recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience with API integrations in a variety of environments.
· Strong understanding of front-end/back-end integrations, connecting user interfaces with back-end systems.
· Expertise with SendGrid and knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
· Familiarity with mail servers, DNS settings, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
· Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:
· Experience with automated email workflows and marketing platforms.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and their integration with other platforms.
· Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
