Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis to create our user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user-centered interfaces, ensuring a seamless experience for our professional customers using our application.
- Work closely with the founders to understand user needs, project requirements, and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Define and promote UX best practices, design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately.
- Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
- Balance user needs with business goals to create compelling user experiences that drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proven experience conducting user research and implementing feedback to refine designs.
- Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and developers.
- Experience working with fintech or B2B SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting project deadlines.
